Tahoe Beach Club will consist of 143 Luxury Condominium Residences, each designed with Lake Tahoe in mind. Exterior features include Modern Mountain styling with oversized terraces, exposed wood, stone and glass elements. Our 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom Residences will range from approximately 1,000 to over 4,000 square feet and will feature natural gas fireplaces and luxurious state-of-the-art interior finishes.

the development team

We built this team to deliver a whole new generation of residences to a whole new side of Lake Tahoe. A combined 65-years of development experience is being brought to bear on the Tahoe Beach Club. project.


    Mr. Mecay is the president of KBM Enterprises which has developed, constructed, managed and marketed over 100 separate real estate projects over the last 30-years. These include residential and commercial properties, both ground-up construction and rehabilitation. Mr. Mecay’s companies have operated in Minnesota, California and Nevada.

    Mr. Sabin is Chairman and CEO of the publicly traded Excel Trust, Inc. (EXL) focused on the acquisition, development and management of retail shopping centers. He has been actively involved in billions of dollars of real estate projects worldwide having operated five public real estate companies. Mr. Sabin also serves on the boards of CareTrust (NYSE), Econova, Charity Vision, The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and The Sabin Children’s Foundation.

    Pine Beach Holding is principally located in Texas, Florida and New York and is the investment vehicle for real estate investments in the US by International Conglomerate Sistema. Pine Beach is focused on development risk, and is currently reviewing over a dozen US development projects with equity commitments from $15MM-$100MM.
